A Whisper from my soul
All things that humans do are all charged to their faults. God made our mind to control anything and made our heart to balance everything. But what really lies from that existence depends on one's self. What you do in your life depends on your strength and courage. One beginning, different plot, one end; that's the real story of life.

Journal: What is HAPPINESS?
Thursday, May 08, 2008 6:25:00 PM
For the past nineteen years of my life, I found joy in receiving whatever I asked for from my parents. Being with my friends, engaging in conversations and playful activities, also brought me happiness.

However, as I continue to grow and mature, I've come to realize that true happiness is not easily attained. Various obstacles and challenges often stand in its way.

Through my experiences, I've learned that genuine happiness is not solely derived from smiling or making others smile. It is found when we are willing to make sacrifices for the well-being of others. It involves distancing ourselves from toxic individuals who repeatedly cause us harm.

Contrary to popular belief, sacrificing our own happiness for the sake of others is not foolish. It is a way of safeguarding ourselves from causing harm to ourselves or to those around us.

Ironically, that's the complexity of happiness. It requires us to navigate the delicate balance between self-care and selflessness, understanding that true fulfillment comes from both finding joy within ourselves and spreading positivity to others.
